My favorite recipe is Michelle's delicious fondant, does anyone know how to make a chocolate variety? I was thinking of just adding some cocoa for part of the p.s., but I don't want to mess up a whole batch.

I just got this link off a website today. Obviously I haven't tried it yet, but seems easy. Good luck!

I've tried adding cocoa to a Michele's fondant recipe (there was a chocolate version posted by here on another website that I followed) and it was quite dry and crumble. Now I make modeling chocolate (1 lb good quality chocolate and 2/3 cup corn syrup) and mix it about half and half with Michele Foster's fondant and it is the most fudgy delicious fondant. Yum.

Michele recommends melting 1 cup chocolate chips and adding it to your melted ingredients-it wasn't chocolate-y enough for me.

Be careful adding cocoa... I tried this once and the result was very dry & crumbly. Maybe it was just me, I have no idea what went wrong. I didn't even add all the powdered sugar icon_redface.gif
