Coconut Icing

I am looking for a coconut icing that crusts, if there is such a thing. Someone wants a cake with coconut frosting with flowers and such on it. any help would be great!!!

You could use coconut extract if you want to make a buttercream icing. Or instead of milk, you could add Coco Lopez' Cream of Coconut.

I'd like to hear what everyone else has to say......

You can also use coconut and cream flavored creamer instead of milk in your crusting buttercream recipe.

I like to use coconut malibu to flavor for coconut frosting!
