I have someone who wants me to make a replica of my princess cake for them (in my photos). I believe it was a 10" & 8". I'm in the NJ/NY metro area. Could someone tell me how much they would charge for this and should I charge extra for the tiara?

I know some charge more and some charge less, but I would say about $150 sounds about right. Cute cake, by the way!
Well that was my opinion for total price including the tiara, but that's just my opinion. As I said, some charge more and some charge less. A lot of it depends on pricing in your area.
Looks like an 8 and a 10 to me too.. that's 50 servings. I would charge $4/serving and $15 for the tiara.. I am in NH. That's $200 plus the tiara. 
My servings for this size cake is 48 and I would charge $4 per serving. $192 includes the tiara.
