There is a blue flower in the centre that I would love to recreate. What is a called? Do you know how to make it (in any medium - RI, Buttercream or fondant)?

I used a Sunflower mold and veiner set. If you want more information about it, just PM me... I am happy to help...
In the Wilton Course you make it out of RI. It's in course 3. It's very hard to make it out of RI though. If you can do gumpaste I would.
Jen...
That flower is called Morning Glory. It opens up in the morning and closes its petals every night.
Thanks you guys. I will definately try them. I also go look for pictures on Google to see it from all sides and see what colours it comes in.
Really appreciated !!
