Can anyone direct me to a tutorial on how to make daisies out of buttercream? I want to make a cake and use large daisies as the border on the 3 tiers. I've never made flowers out of buttercream before so I'm hoping they will be simple enough.
I'm also a very visual person so I need directions with pictures!
Cake is due on Saturday.

I find it easy to make the daisies on parchment and your flower nail then slip the parchment off and freeze for about 5-10 minutes. Then you can put the daisies on the cake without ruining the buttercream. Hope that helps.
