im making a stacked grooms cake for May and i wanted it to look masculine so i thought of a square 12 in on the bottom with basket weave and a 8in rd on top with basket weave and then a fondant letter of there last name would you make it out of fondant or royal icing? i have not done any royal icing monograms before but i have time to practice what is your alls oppinion on the size of the cakes, oh it will also have strawberries that have been dipped to look like tux's
