Anyone have a fabulous cookie recipe for passover cookies and icing? I understand that we can't use powdered sugar due to the presence of cornstarch in it - anyone know of an alternative?

Sorry, no good cookie or icing recipes, and I know it is a little late, but you can be Kosher for Passover Confectioners Sugar...they just use potato starch instead of corn starch.[/list]

you can make you own powdered sugar by very finely processing regular granulated sugar... that's what I do for passover baking.
