Using Pudding In A Box Mix

Hi everyone

For those that put pudding in box mixes, how do you keep your white cakes white? I added vanilla pudding, and extra egg white and ended up with a cream colored cake. What do you do if you want a white cake?

With white cake I only use white chocolate pudding. That helps quite a bit.
