Alternate Fondant Recipe

I was just looking at the alternate MMF recipe and noticed it does not list confectioners sugar in the ingredients list and after reading the instructions, I'm unsure exactly how much to use. Can anyone help?

3rd line of directions:

Add 3 cups of confectioner's sugar, 1 cup at a time. icon_smile.gif
