So it finally happened, I've been asked to do a cake for a friend of a friend of a friend. My first PAID cake. Well I'm so under charging, but at least I won't be losing money on it though. Here are the basics, It's going to be a 14" square and I'm going to make it look like a suitcase. Now the problem is she want's it to have stickers on it (done in fondant) with like well wishing saying on them but....she doesn't know what to put. The gentleman leaving is named Walley and though he is moving on to bigger and better things (more money, better position) they are not happy that he's going.

So any ideas? All I could think of were, congrats and best wishes, but she wants something to send him off knowing how much they'll miss him and she's trying to be clever about it.

Cake's due Saturday afternoon - Oh and wish me luck, I'm already nervous.

Would this be appropriate or too long?

Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.

I did a search on:
http://thinkexist.com/quotations/friendship/

That could give you a hand in finding something that she likes.

Hope this helps icon_smile.gif
