Beatrice Carson sent me another email! This time it had a file attached, which I definitely will never open.
mpc
I would start a scan of computer for virus(s) etc
what was the text of this one?
Here is a copy of the 2nd email reply.
The original email was sent to quite a few decorators around the US.
It is some sort of scam.

since you open an email w/ attachments....you need to scan your computer for virus, spam etc...... They already know that they have a good email as the probable have a confirmation that you have recid the email
I got an e-mail just like this too. There was no attachment, though. It just said they wanted a 3 tier cake in chocolate with "Belgian chocolate curls completely cover the cake." It also sounded foreign and demanding so I did not respond.
I also get e-mails from people who are out of the country, but are planning their son or daughters' wedding to be in my state. I wont respond to e-mails that demand a price quote quickly or have shady/incomplete details.
