I need to make a cake in a few weeks that has lots of strings of pearls on it. I need to use a mold because I dont think I will have time to pipe them all. Who makes the best pearl maker?

Would dragees be easier?

I use this one and it cuts fairly cleanly:

I find the best way to make lots of good beads quickly is to use the following technique:
