I used the sports ball pan. When icing with the buttercream, I fanned out the icing around the edges of the belly to take off some of the "edge" . I attached a copy of the one I made. Hope this helps......

I never done one before but I read on another post that they used the mini ball pan for the boobies.
Hope that helps.

I've used the betty crocker bake n fill pan and the big ball pan for the belly. I used pyrex bowls and then carved them and I've also done the same with cup cakes for the boobies. I don't have a small ball pan, but as popular as this cake is I might buy one!

so you make three cakes all ball's, two smaller sports ball (the one that has a picture of a basketball right?) and then the one big sports ball pan (the soccer ball one?) and then you ice them and cover it with fondant?

When I did my belly cake I used cupcakes for the boobies and covered them with buttercream.
