Has anyone taken a class with Bronwen Weber that is a clown cake? I'm so excited that I'm getting to take a class with Bronwen. It is a 24" tall clown cake and I'm pretty nervous. Don't know why. My DH is pretty excited. When I found out she would be here, I mentioned it DH and he said that I needed to go. He really likes her. We are going to be on vacation the week before and then rushing home so I can take the class.
What kind of serrated knife do you use for carving? I've got a bread knife that I use for leveling, etc but I don't even know what to bring. Help! Any ideas?
