I went to my first class yesterday evening and I am sooo gonna love this! Even in the first two hours I learned a lot! The teacher is a professional cake sculptor and competes a lot. I feel like picking the heck out of her brain! Next week we learn how to do buttercream roses and I have never done that before. im kind of scared to! It looks difficult! Anyhoo, I totally suggest taking this class to anyone who hasn't!!
I have just finished my course 3 class and loved every minute of each course and I know you will to, enjoy.
Even though I have been doing cakes for 3 years, I only just now have the opportunity to take a class. I am down visiting family while in OK and signed up on a whim. I don't have any of my equipment let alone a mixer. I figure I will just buy some of the pre made wilton stuff in a tub.
The first class is Friday. Looking forward to it. I wish I had a such an awesome teacher as you! That sounds exciting. : )
