She probably saw nothing wrong with eating a cake covered with dog hair, most likely all of her food has dog hair in it!!
I'm a cat lover, but my cats are outside kittys, where they need to be so I don't risk getting cat hair in my food/cakes. We went over to a friends house to eat dinner one night and that cat was all over the kitchen table and chairs, and I was lucky to sit in the chair that the cat had been sitting in a long time. Did they offer to get me a lint brush....no! I'm so glad we brought a side dish, we ate mainly that, I was literally picking cat hair out of my daughter's food that was made there....
