Hi ksgirl! Where did you get your boards United Bakers in Kansas City? I didn't think they were that expensive! If you DID get them from there, and you are using the Double wall ones, it will NOT seep through, and leave that greasey mark on the board like the Wilton ones will that are untreated.
Yes, I got the supplies at United Bakers. Here is what I got and what I paid:
full sheet box: $4.50
full sheet lid: $4.34
full sheet board: $2.22
(paying the outrageous price for these items because the lady already had it in a bag and written up and would probably choke me if I told her I didn't want it after all- priceless!) 
They usually have great prices on all their stuff so I didn't even think to ask beforehand.
Yikes dear, I think I bought a BOX of double wall boards for $14.00 and they were great. I will check I think I might have set up a wholesale account there. We used to do a lot of business with them 
Now I just cut the middle man and set up with the distibuters themselves...I digress That seems high to me though price wise... $10.00 for the box. And you are right normally they do have great prices, maybe ask them next time what the prices are for the boxes and see if you can buy some in bulk?? GOOD LUCK
