Has anyone ever gone to the grocery store and asked them to make a pic to put on a cake. I have never done it and I got a order that If I could do it they would love it! Do most places do this or just special places any other advice you have about puting pics on cakes would help! Thanks!
I usually get mine done at my local cake store but I have been told that you can get them at Krogers and Walmart. I don't know where you live but you should be able to check with your local grocery store. 
In Tucson, I called around to the bakeries in the grocery stores and found that Albertson's could do it. They like a day's notice.
It was pretty easy to work with. Be sure to check it before you leave though, it cut off a tiny edge of my picture that I didn't notice until I got home.
