Help Finding Gold Cakes

I was hoping to find some cool pics of cakes with a lot of gold on them, preferably an off-white or tan background...

Anyone happen to have any to share?

Client wants something the guests won't forget for a 50th anniversary.

You might want to try the "yellow/orange" color section in the galleries, or try a key work search for "gold."

and everyone has LOVED it. I actually made it for the bridal show and then had it ordered as a real cake last month.

Jenn, I had that cake saved in favs! Did you hand paint the vines? (You must've). I love your cakes icon_eek.gif

EmmasCakes has great ideas, too, lots of luster dust use and 3D effects.

Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif Yes I piped the vines on using royal icing then I hand painted them using Lucks gold airbrush color with a paint brush. I cheated and used my airbrush and the Lucks gold airbrush color for the pearls.

I made this last October.. This cake traveled from Sacramento, CA to Sonoma, CA in the car:

The main color is actually Champagne.. I mixed Gold and Pearl Luster Dust to paint all the scrolls and the Jewelry at the bottom:

How did you make that Monogram? I'm trying to do a similar one for this weekend and made it with colorflow. When I painted it gold I realized that it breaks the colorflow down. icon_cry.gif Please help!
