I need some advice. How do I make this? I don't care so much if it's topsy turvy (though I agree that would be cuter), but how do you do these layers? And yes, I realize I could PM the person, but I don't have that much time and I don't think she speaks English. So please HELP!

she has a flickr account and I'm pretty sure she's made comments in English on photos there.

I don't think that it would be that hard to tilt this cake ... just make sure that you centre dowel through the entire thing.
