Another Red Velvet Cake & Frosting Question

Does anyone have any tips on how to keep the red from bleeding into the white frosting? Thanks in advance for your help.
I have not either! How much red do you put into your batter? ![]()
i think you used too much color the the cake was frozen or refrigerated and sweated????
I always fridge my cakes but never had this happen.
I also only use 2 tbs coloring
i guess until we have more details on what you did we wont be able to help....please let use know
never had that happen either. i'm really craving red velvet now LOL
