Yesterday I did a cake for a friend of mine that owns a restaurant. Well, she has offered to rent her kitchen space out to me. I was floored!!!! I did not expect this from her. She said that she wants to be able to spead the word of my cakes to everyone. (she is an angel) My husband and I had worked with her at this restaurant years ago when it was under a different owner. Now, what do I need to do to get things rolling?

That's wonderful news! NOW-draw up a contract. It saves you BOTH hassle and headaches down the road. Agree on either a flat fee per month, or hourly usage and hash out the details together. Then get it in writing.
