I am trying to make a half batch of NFSC, but realize that I only have one and a half sticks of salted butter, but another half stick of unsalted butter. Can I use that, or will it mess with the cookie recipe??? Please help!!

I always use 1 stick of each. I think I would leave a little bit of the salt out and you should be fine. I do not even put the salt in when I use the 1 stick of salted butter.
