Are you referring to cream cheese mints? If so, I have a recipe.

I lost the one I had used years ago. So, yesterday I began hunting down more to try.

They all seem pretty much the same ...some require heavy cream, some condensed milk, some cream cheese, then there are those that are just butter, ps and flavoring.

I plan on trying one of each.

Try this one. It's great!

3oz cream cheese
2t butter flavoring
1/8t peppermint oil
16oz powdered sugar
paste food coloring
cornstarch

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, beating on low speed. Add a small amount of coloring, beating at medium speed until well blended. Mixture will be dry. Knead by hand until smooth. Press into candy molds that have been lightly dusted with cornstarch.
