Hi: Here's a 7-UP Pound Cake from the Houston Chronicle Cookbook Favorite Recipes II edition, hope this is what you are looking for. I also have a Coke Cake recipe that is very interesting.
7-UP POUND CAKE
2 Sticks Butter or Margarine
1/2 C Vegetable Shortening
2 C Sugar
5 Eggs
3 C Flour
1 (7-ounce) Bottle 7-UP (or can of course)
1 Tsp Lemon or Vanilla Flavoring
1 Tsp Butter Flavoring
Preheat oven to 325. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Cream butter and shortening with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour alternately with 7-up and flavorings. Bake in a greased tube pan at 325 for at least 1 hour.

COKE CAKE (From the Houston Chronicle Cookbook - Favorite Recipes 11)
2 C Flour
2 C sugar
1 1/2 C Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 C Shortening
1/2 C Butter or Margarine
3 T Unsweetened Cocoa
1 C Coke
1/2 C Buttermilk
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs, beaten
Mix the flour and sugar and stir in marshmallows and set aside.
Bring to a boil the shortening, margarine, cocoa and coke. Remove from heat and pour over the dry ingredients. Stir in the buttermilk, baking soda and eggs.
Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan and bakie at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. (Note: you do not beat the mixture.) Cool about 30 minutes before icing the cake.
ICING FOR COKE CAKE
1/2 C Butter or Margarine
3 T Cocoa
6 T Coke
1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 C Pecans, chopped
Bring butter, cocoa and cola to a boil. When smooth, remove from the heat and gradually add sugar. Stir in pecans and pour over cooled cake.
