I need to make a birthday cake to serve 40 this Thursday. A half sheet pan will not fit in my oven. Does anyone have the link to a chart showing servings--for example I have graduated squares and rounds that I could use instead. Thanks in advance for your replies/help.

The site is running slow right now, otherwise I would post the link right here - but if you go to the articles section tab up top here, there's a serving chart link there - I think it's towards the bottom.

I just did my first large sheet cake -12x18 pan. From what I can tell, it's suppossed to feed over 40, but I'll find out for sure tomorrow!
