Hi all. Just to let you know ya have a great site here. I'm Mike, and I'm taking a wedding cake class at school. Our Chef suggested this site. So thanks to her patience. I have moved from not a clue to you don't suck that bad LOLOL icon_cool.gif. I still suck just not as bad as a few months ago icon_cool.gif. I'm in Michigan going to Macomb culinary. Good to meet someone in culinary school! I do catering also, so I may come back and pick your brain sometime!

This site is amazing. I've learned more in 1 year of sharing on here than I have in 25 years of making cakes. You will luv it!!

Welcome Mike! I just graduated too in October. This site has help me to reach the I' don't suck that bad stage also. You're going to love this site. I've learned so much about cake decorating from this site, more than I ever could in school. Just seek and you shall find the answers here.

I like it. The lab classes are limited to 16, so it's kind of tough to get in. You learn a lot, or at least I have LOL.
