Hey Doug, I was just yanking yer chain. I know you know that they don't, but your right, it's probably more sad about our schools since we are responsible for our kids and their education. My husband was in the army and his father and grandfather are/were also military. Don't get me started on the police departments either (hubby is former, SIL is an officer, and hubby's grandfather was chief). A lot of times they do w/o basic because officers a lot of times have to buy gear out of their own pockets. Ugh. Like the rain here isn't depressing me enough today.
