I know we are all planning for Orlando and cake Camp. I was scrolling the ICES website. They posted information for ICES 2009 Chicago. Check the ICES website. or type www.ICES09.org.

They are planning tours to the Wilton School, French Pastry School, and several premier bakeries in Chicago.

The tours seem interesting and worth going.

Any CC members thinking about going next year? I'm planning my vacation dates for next year.

Ooooh - sounds fun. I'm in Michigan and have relatives that live in Chicago so that might be possible for me. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for posting! I'm marking my calendar NOW! We need to come up with a "Cake Central" pin or something so we can recognize each other at these events!!
