How Much Would You Charge For This Cake???

its a 6 inch and 10 inch round each 4 inches tall. wasc cake with peach preserves and buttercream underneath fondant. 41 fondant roses and around 25 fondant leaves....need help figuring how much I should charge for a cake this size? thank you!

I would charge $105. I charge $2.25 for fondant (and I know that's on the low side here) plus 10% (I just raised my prices) and then I would charge $0.25 per rose since they are so many.

well 6 inch would serve 8 people; and 10 inch would serve 30 so 38 servings at $2 a serving (extra $1 for fondant, so $3) would mean $114. You could add more for the fondant roses depending on your time that was taken. Lovely cake by the way icon_smile.gif
