Hello! DH is an avid cyclist with a bday coming up...Soon. I would love to make him a cake with a cyclist on a road bike (ya know, like Lance Armstrong). But I haven't the slightest idea how to make one. I found the cake below here on CC (by Panda-monium) and read in the comments that the biker was made from a cutter - which is great, but they only have a mountain biker. DH wouldn't stand for this on his cake, so any help here would be greatly appreciated!
