I am so very pleased with this cake, except for maybe the decorating on the eggs... I had originally made RKT eggs and covered them with candy melts, but they were so bumpy and odd looking I decided (at 12am!!) to make chocolate truffle eggs instead! I'm sooooo glad I did!
