Do you have Wilton brand gel colouring there? If you do, try some Christmas Red, get it near the colour you want, then let it set overnight to develop. My niece uses this all the time. It is definitely sunglass-bright.

Americolor also sells an Electric Pink food colour.

Wiltons 'pink' is pretty bright. I have one in my photos, near the bottom i think.

If you can find Chefmaster Liquid Paste at the cake store, they have a color called "Baker's Rose." It's amazing and would likely suit your needs. icon_smile.gif
