Hi! I am making a three tiered party cake for a sororiety party at a college near my town and they said there will be around 115 people there. So this will only be my second tiered cake so I need help at this...what sizes of pans do I need to make three tiers that will feed 115? also...they are picking it up..which means I need to make for sure its already stacked and secure and wont fall over for them in the car ride...any tips on that would be great too! Thanks so much!

You don't say what shape, but you should be able to decide from the above chart.
Rule of thumb - board every 4" of cake with dowels, I would also use a center dowel all the way though the middles, and give them a piece of no slip mat for them to put in their trunk...
