Hi! I'm in Central IL, about an hour from Springfield. Haven't heard of any specific cake clubs, but would be interesting in starting up one with you.

I was thinking about mentioning it to current and former students in the cake class I teach at Hobby Lobby. I will definitely keep you all posted on the details.
