I have a quick question , I hope someone can help me I want to make cake balls, I made the cake and crumbled it up with frosting like I normally do problem is I have not had time to roll and dip so I wanted to do so today, do you think the cake is till okay how long can I keep the undipped cake balls in the fridge with out them spoiling, THANK YOU for any reply's have a great day

I would think that it would be fine as long as it hasn't dried out...
