I am needing to make a birthday cake with black zebra stripes made out of fondant put on a white buttercream cake.
My black fondant is dark chocolate Satin Ice fondant that I made black using Wilton Black coloring. I have read alot about black bleeding onto buttercream.
Will my black fondant bleed if I put it as accents on a white covered buttercream cake? And if so, what can I do to prepare for the bleeding not to happen?
First time working with black, pretty worried about it.
