does anybody have a recipe for chow chow? i got some from a flea market in ft myers Florida this winter and i haven't been able to contact the seller to buy more.... it is called highland homemaid all natural mild pepper chow chow... it says its made by habegger family .
the ingredients are red and green sweet peppers, vinegar, sugar, onions, red hot pepper, mustard seed and salt...
it was served mixed in with cream cheese on crackers,,yummmm....thanx.laurie johnson

My grandmother came from Canada and she used to make chow chow with green tomatoes. Perhaps if you googled it you could find something similar.
