Any Information On New Jersey Law On Home Baking??? Pls

I started baking from home but my business is picking up so much I have to start looking for a location because I don't want to get in trouble.

Please, if you have any information on the New Jersey laws about home baking let me know or maybe some directions on were to look.

hi, i don't know all that much about the laws except we aren't allowed to have home kitchens. bdrider is from jersey too and she might have more info. she was telling me to rent kitchen space from somewhere that is licensed.

Hi,

I have read here on CC that you can't have a home kitchen. You have to have a kitchen that is detached.

True..it's next to impossible. You have to have a separate entrance that is not accessible through your main living areas. Separate refrigeration, ovens, three compartment sink, grease trap..the works. I looked into it a couple of years ago and we're talking no less than a $30,000 renovation to my house. Sucks, so I rent.
