yikes, if i don't have cake flour can i use 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour + 1/4 cup cornstarch or 2 tablespoons of the cornstarch into the bottom of a 1 cup measure, then fill to the top with flour? i got this sub from this link http://www.ehow.com/how_2161701_cake-flour-substitute.html

well, i used apf + cornstarch and the results are yummy cuppies... too bad i was not able to take a shot. i just used a square flower pot, put styro for support but it was leveled, i'm too scared to make the arrangement you use here in cc with flower bouquet... all in all, yummymummy's recipe are delish and the cupcake bouquet was a big hit =)
