Cake To Look Like A Diaper???

I have a request for a cake that looks like a diaper. It would be a 3 layer 8 inch round. Anybody seen a picture of something like this?

I've not seen a pic, but you could carve the cake just a bit to make it the shape of a diaper. cut a straight edge along the top for the top of the diaper, then two curves for the leg openings on the bottom side of teh cake..... it could be real cute! Good luck!

Anna von Marburg had a daiper cake in one of her books. I'm not sure if that'a what you're looking for.

Did you ckeck the diaper box cake on the galleries?, it's super cute and you can make it any brand you want.!!
