Honeydukes, Welsh Rarebit is cheese mixed with mustard, butter, milk and pepper. Spread on toast and grill. In other words a slightly different take on grilled cheese on toast

Okay, that sounds yummy! I recently looked for a recipe for Peanut Butter Mice:

So hopefully, you understand my hesitation to look up something called Welsh Rarebit.

I always do some kind of "mouse" on my Christmas cookie tray as in "Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse." Last year I did the chocolate mice
