Buttercream Question

How long can you keep buttercream in the fridge and it still be good ?

If you put it in an air tight container I have kept it for a couple of months. You must let it come to room temp, still sealed in the container to prevent condensation, then re-mix it cause sometimes it will separate a little before you use it.
