I am lost. What do you use creme bouquet and wedding bouquet for? I just heard it here and I see it in the cake decorating stores.

I know a lot of people use them in there cakes and frostings. Personally I love it in sugar cookies. I made some the other day with the creme bouquet and OMG it was so good. It made the house smell so yummy! When I made my cookies I used a teaspoon of it along with the vanilla extract. It gave it a citrusy (sp?) flavor. I highly recommend it. HTH.

I use it on buttercream but knowyou can use it on anything, I try not to because it is pricey. I gotan idea from "sweetness" to use it on sugar cookies I bet it makes more than an ordinary sugar cookie icon_smile.gif

WB is the ONLY flavoring I use in my icing. You can use it in batter, cookies, muffins, royal, anything!
