I was just wondering how much creme bouquet you add to a cake recipe or a batch of frosting. There are tons of posts about it but they are all gone right now. Can anyone help?
I add 1 teaspoon, but I use the wedding bouquet, but I've heard they are similar in flavor?
And i don't know whats up with the posts, about have of mine are gone and some of them where important?
Wedding Bouquet is a special blend of flavors that makes cakes smell and taste great. You can order some from me(sandra Bertone). My phone number is 985-542-8079. There are two sizes 8oz for $7.00 and $5.25 shipping and there's a quart size,32oz, for $24.00 and $9.60 to ship it.

I add 1 tps creme bouquet and 1 tsp vanilla to a 1 box recipe of WASC. In a buttercream recipe, however much vanilla (or almond and vanilla combined) is in the recipe is split half vanilla and half creme bouquet.
would you add the creme bouquet to both the wasc and the buttercream? I've got some but haven't used it yet.....I need to order the Wedding Bouquet after all of the raves I've heard about it!
I bought butavan and used it for my frosting, ran out quick because it is sooo good. Haven't reordered. I used it inplace of vanilla, 2 tsp per batch of frosting. I use creme bouquet now, I love the flavor of it also. I use 1 tsp van, 1 tsp butter flavor and 1 tsp creme bouquet.
