i don't have a paddle attatchment for my mixer, in fact i am still using a rinky dink stand mixer. will the double whisks work or by hand to make her recipe.

That will work fine.I use the whisk attachment all the time!!!

You should have no problems. I used my hand 10 year old hand mixer and never had a problem.
