Please Help! How Much Would You Charge For This Cake?

What would you charge for a cake similar to this one? It will be buttercream icing with gumpaste roses, scaled down to serve 65.

Even if you could give an estimated price of the basic cake w/o gumpaste roses would be so helpful.

i would say no less than $150.00

195.00 without flowers and .50 to 1.50 a piece for flowers depending on size.
This is basically 3.00 a serving plus gumpaste/fondant expenses the way I see it. Plus delivery fee if it is more than 10 miles from where you are creating it too. You are worth the price or they wouldn't have asked you.

I agree. $3.00 pp is the minimum I'd charge for something like this.

I just made a cake that size for someone and I charged $4.00 per serving and it was plenty. icon_biggrin.gif
