Ha, mystery solved - I walked away from the pc to make a cup of tea (cos the pages were taking so long to load) and one of my daughters had been on my pc and sent the first link to one of her friends so it was still on copy and paste. told you stuff always happens to me 
Isn't it Aine2 that has a video tutorial on making her bc? The big batch in a 5 qt mixer? I was looking for that recently and couldn't find it. I made my bc using what I remembered from the video and it was the creamiest bc I have ever made, ever! Yep, EVER....LOL.
