I made such a yummy cake today I just wanted to share with you guys.
I made the cake with the extender recipe that I found here but I added a dash of coffee to my chocolate batter and 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of mint extract.
I thought that I wasn't going to have a minty flavored cake so I was going to add mint extract to the icing, but nope.
It was perfect.
I had a few scraps and when I tasted it to make sure that it was just the right amount of mint, all I could think of was to grab a cup of coffee and sit with the rest of the scraps and enjoy it.
So YUMMY and I'm not a big cake eater.. ![]()
