i had to make a fondant accent "#5" at the last minute, and need it to dry quickly. Any suggestions on how to do this?
Gumpaste will dry faster. Put it under a heat light.
You can mix 50/50 gumpaste/fondant and it will dry faster. Or all gumpaste or fondant with a bit of GumTex or Tylose added to make it dry faster.
